Home Remedy #1: Bitches Brew (Honey, Garlic, Lemon & Ginger Tea)


(Honey, Garlic, Lemon & Ginger Tea)
3 slices of ginger grated or minced
1 lemon cut 1/2 in slices, juice the other half (use oranges if desired)
3 garlic cloves finely chopped or crushed
1-2 tablespoons RAW uncooked honey
*1/4 teaspon cayene peper (to break a sweat)
*1 shot of whiskey to help sleep
*optional

lemon = Vitamin C
Honey/Ginger = Helps the immune system
Garlic = Helps immune system and has antibiotic properties

simmer water in an open pan w/ ginger for 15-20 minutes.
turn heat off, add lemon, honey (cayene peper if desired) and garlic
let sit for 5 miuntes and
strain into mug (add whiskey if desired)

Note: No animals or horrible, cracked out pop singers were used in testing this home remedy.
